Abstract

Heart disease, a leading cause of mortality globally, can impact individuals with and without symptoms. CT coronary artery calcium scoring is a reliable assessment, that guides preventive treatment. This clinical case report demonstrates secondary prevention in an asymptomatic male, with a history of gastroesophageal reflux, obesity, and relevant family history.
