dc.description.abstract<i>A novel multipronged approach was implemented in an urban state university to increase nursing advocacy focused on access to healthcare. Nursing students reported increased confidence, willingness, awareness, and participation in advocacy efforts which have contributed to engagement in legislative activities, passage of legislation, and development of health policy in Georgia. </i><br><i> </i>
