Abstract
The article presents the strategy of using stretch breaks accompanied with popular music in classes. The yoga-style stretches are done halfway through every lecture. Students responded positively with the approach by agreeing to the fact that it has enhanced their learning skills. Though the break is assessed as a good way to halt the monotony of discussions, good teaching methods and active learning are still the preferred way for student learning.
