Abstract
The UNT Libraries has been sponsoring the Dean's Innovation Grants (DIG) program for over
ten years, providing funds to library staff for research or development. In 2024, the
interdisciplinary Libraries Assessment Committee was tasked with assessing the impact of this
program. This presentation is an overview of the development of the research study, our
results, and the impact of the program moving forward.
