Abstract
Religious discrimination claims have been on the rise for the past 15 years, and are only expected to increase going forward, causing huge expenses for companies who are struggling with how to fairly manage the varied religious views of the workplace. Since 1997, the religious discrimination charges have doubled, possibly due to more diverse religious choices, more fundamentalist attitudes, and less tolerance of these differences.
